Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash

1 Spaghetti Squash

1/2 pound of Chicken Tenderloins

Blue Cheese

Green Onion

Olive Oil,

Salt & Pepper

Jim's Wings Hot Wing Sauce

Jim's Wings Ranch Dressing


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Prep squash by cutting in half and scooping out the seeds.

  3. Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper on the inside and place the squash face down on a foil lined sheet pan.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until you can shred the squash easily with a fork.

  5. While the squash is baking, season the chicken with Jim's Wings Wing Sauce, Ranch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  6. Bake the chicken until it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, about 20 minutes.

  7. Shred the chicken and start assembling the plate.

  8. Mix wing sauce, ranch, chicken, and blue cheese into the squash.

  9. Top with the same ingredients and add green onion. Enjoy!
